From early construction jobs to leading WinterGreen Synthetic Grass, Winter's career is built on hard work, family partnership, and faith—turning a dream into one of North Texas’s top artificial grass companies for nearly 11 years.

Ashley co-founded WinterGreen in 2014, applying her small-business and management experience. Now a mom of three, she continues to support the business while focusing on family and appreciating the flexibility of entrepreneurship.

Since joining WinterGreen in 2017, Michael King has helped lead its growth from a single crew to nearly 50 employees. Outside work, he enjoys family time, hunting, and relaxing outdoors—embracing the community and outdoor life Texas offers.

Charlie uses his residential construction experience to help clients find perfect turf solutions. A UNT graduate, he’s dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces and enjoys home projects, family time, and life in the DFW metroplex.

Tony joined WinterGreen in 2021 and now leads crews and projects as Operations Manager. Known for his calm, hands-on approach, he enjoys grilling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family and dog.

Caden, with over 11 years in service and management, oversees seamless turf projects at WinterGreen. His hands-on experience and sales knowledge benefit clients. At home, he tackles DIY projects and loves talking tools and turf.

Rising from crew member to Project Manager, Jose applies eight years of customer service to expertly manage crews and keep projects on track. Outside work, he travels, hikes, and values time with friends and family.

With 20+ years in construction management, Stephanie brings expertise to WinterGreen’s accounting and operations. She enjoys time at home with her doodles, working on racecars, and cheering at local tracks with her partner.

Maddie, a Baylor University graduate, joined WinterGreen with experience in marketing and management. Originally from Alabama, she now enjoys Texas life, spending time with friends, keeping active, and caring for her pug, Ellie Mae.

Kolden brings over seven years in lawn care and excels at delivering excellent results. He enjoys staying active with his wife and their four cats, making the most of life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
