Caden joined the WinterGreen team in 2021, bringing with him over 11 years of experience in customer service and management. He began his career on a crew, where he developed hands-on expertise in turf installation and maintenance before advancing into his current role as Maintenance Director and Sales. Known for his customer-first approach, Caden ensures every project and repair runs seamlessly—from new installations to ongoing upkeep. His combination of field experience and sales knowledge allows him to understand each client’s unique needs and deliver results that last.

Outside of work, Caden enjoys taking on DIY projects and building anything he can dream up. His passion for construction started early—he even built a working airplane in grade school! These days, he’s focused on remodeling his recently purchased home and always welcomes a conversation about tools, projects, or turf.

The wintergreen crew installed turf around our pool - it is beautiful and a month end has withstood five dogs, three cats, storms with hail, 60 mph plus wind and it looks as good as the day it was installed. Work crew was very professional, fast and left no mess. Detailed work included surrounding existing decorative boulders and dealing with a drainage area that needed to be diverted. Wintergreen did a great job on our turf - we are super happy with how it looks and feels! The process was professional and efficient from end to end. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating as my schedule changed a few times. We got a few bids and most were similarly priced - the reason I chose Wintergreen is because they are specialists - they do one thing and do it very well. There are a number of landscape companies that "do turf" but not many that are true professionals like Wintergreen. Great job - highly recommend.

This is something I wish I had done sooner, but I am EXTREMELY pleased with the synthetic turf that WinterGreen installed. No more washing the dog’s muddy feet every time he goes out in wet weather. The grass looks great and maintenance has been easy. It looks so good my neighbor decided to have WinterGreen do their side yard as well.

Very impressed with WinterGreen Synthetic Grass! Workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Showed up on time. Cleaned everything up great afterwards. You can see the Before and After pictures, if you didn't know where the seam was you wouldn't even notice it! They were not the cheapest, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel they were a good value. Very impressed with WinterGreen!! Highly recommend!!!!

Caden and his crew are top notch. The turf they provide coupled with the installation was perfectly done and looks so good. His crew is very professional and friendly.
