Reviews for WinterGreen Synthetic Grass

We had two projects completed by WinterGreen Synthetic Grass. The first was a turfed area for a sun deck area around our pool and a Chess/Checkerboard area. Those turned out so good that I was convinced we needed to maximize our backyard space with turf. Mike came out and did a full consultation and design proposal. I wasn’t originally planning on or didn’t even think about a putting green, bunker or chipping area but they had great vision. The proposal was within budget, and the design was awesome. We have had a lot of contractors here, all very good, but WinterGreen was top notch. Their team was punctual and showed up every day at the same time and finished at the same time. They kept the area clean, they were extremely professional… even giving me assistance and ideas on our fencing project that we are tackling ourselves. Very professional! The end product was beyond my expectations. Our kids have already played out there basically every day and if I can’t be found…I’m putting and chipping out back! Five star quality and installation. If you are considering turf, these guys need to be your choice!

Winter and Michael were great to work with! They were very mindful of my thoughts on what I was looking for, the budget we set, and used their experience, expertise, and creativity to get to an awesome finished product!

Love our Turf. The whole process from design to implementation was smooth. They were very helpful and had amazing attention to detail during the installation.

WinterGreen serviced my 3 year old grass today and it looks brand new! The guys went above and beyond clearing off all the leaves from my 2 big pecan trees. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service!

Love the look and quality of the turf put in my back yard. I appreciated being able to reach out to Charlie and John when I had a question or wanted to make a last minute change. I had a neighbor who was concerned about their yard, and the WinterGreen Team took the time to reassure them that everything was going to be okay. The team even hauled off some backyard. They kept the integrity of my yard in tact - from sprinklers, to drainage throughout. Definitely a yard I plan to spend more time in

Very impressed with WinterGreen Synthetic Grass! Workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Showed up on time. Cleaned everything up great afterwards. You can see the Before and After pictures, if you didn't know where the seam was you wouldn't even notice it! They were not the cheapest, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel they were a good value. Very impressed with WinterGreen!! Highly recommend!!!!

Caden and his crew are top notch. The turf they provide coupled with the installation was perfectly done and looks so good. His crew is very professional and friendly. They clearly know what they are doing and are efficient, careful, and very attentive to detail. They truly care about not only doing a great job, but making sure the customer is treated very well. I highly recommend using this company if you are looking to install turf in your yard. The amount of corners, edges, and turns that I have in my backyard is a lot, and they made every single spot look perfect. Looks seamless. Customer service and follow up is excellent.

We are so grateful to WinterGreen and specifically owner Winter Moore. The entire process of removing the natural grass and installation of artificial turf went smoothly without any issues. It was an amazing transformation to witness. I looked into a couple other companies and am grateful that we decided on WinterGreen. Most importantly, they have excellent communication. All the competitors are within the same price range. The word that best describes our experience with WinterGreen turf is “VALUE”. Excellent product at a fair price. Don’t waste your time and money with other companies. That’s my honest opinion and experience.

Fantastic Company! The attention to detail and making sure the customer gets exactly what they are asking for! Our Putting green and turf backyard looks amazing! Hands down the best company in the DFW Metroplex

WinterGreen did a fantastic job transforming our backyard with synthetic grass and a putting green. The crew was very professional and went out of their way to keep the space picked up and clean. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolute top-notch install and appearance--the crews were very meticulous.

Can’t say enough about this company and its staff. Start to finish these guys were a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them for any turf projects!

Wintergreen is a honest and reliable company. Extremely knowledgeable in the turf industry and will highly recommend.

Winter delivered on his promises. The team of installers were very professional. I would highly recommend.

Michael and the whole team (PM, crew, maintenance and back office) were exceptional to work with. From planning to installation and a slight repair (former owners fault), WinterGreen made this one of the better decisions for the home we’ve made. Can’t recommend them enough.

Installed WinterGreen Synthetic Grass 4 years ago and it still looks great! Have never regretted installing it - makes the backyard usable and beautiful year-round AND no more mud from the dog or struggle to get grass to grow! And their employees are amazing!!

Wintergreen did an awesome job with our backyard! Only small gripe is the lapse in communication at times, but overall I am very satisfied with the work and quality.

Thank you Michael and Wintergreen!

Wintergreen is great to work with from the first estimate to completion of install. Our sales rep Charlie Baxter was super and kept us informed on schedule as our install date approached. The crew was very thorough, professional and did great work. The finished product is beautiful. Wintergreen was very competitive on pricing and high on quality. We highly recommend!

Excellent! Delivered as promised! Great salesman and great installation team. You can't go wrong with the Wintergreen team.

Charlie and his team were fantastic! They installed a beautiful putting green and some artificial turf in my backyard. I interviewed 5 different vendors and I am so happy I went with Charlie!! The crew was on site every morning at 7am, super respectful and hardworking, and the quality was exceptional. I didn’t have to point out one thing to fix in the end. A+!!!

They exceeded every expectation in everyway. I highly recomend the company.
