I have to say it was a very enjoyable experience working with Michael King and his group of installers. The job was completed earlier than expected and their prep was detailed and extensive. They did an excellent job.

I have been a salesman for many years. I like to critique sales presentations because I might learn something. Mike from Wintergreen came to see me. Learned later Mike was the General Manager. Didn't take long and Mike said he would email me a proposal later that day. Within 2 hours Wintergreen emailed me a comprehensive proposal detailing step-by-step what Wintergreen could do for me. I was impressed. Obviously they have done this before. I accepted the proposal and Wintergreen installed the turf. Now I have decided to turf another area and I will have Wintergreen do the job. I strongly suggest you have Wintergreen bid your project.

I cannot say enough good things about WinterGreen Synthetic Grass. The work was excellent and they cared about the details. Everything single deal/promise that was made they delivered on! The team they sent out to the house was extremely friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even watered my grass where they had to drive the equipment. I would highly recommend using them for turf work or installing a putting green! Great Job!

This was the best experience I have had with a company. From my sales associate down to the crew that installed my turf. Some things I really appreciated was the fact that the crew showed real pride in making sure they did the best work they could. Secondly was that my sales associate was calling to make periodic checks up to ensure I was satisfied.

My wife and I did a full back yard overhaul, which included WinterGreen coming out and putting the turf out back. The project had a lot of moving parts and scheduling to balance, but Michael King with WinterGreen was there when he said he would be every time, and his crew showed up and knocked out the project in one day. The responsiveness and quality paled in comparison to the friendliness personable nature of the whole team. Now we have an extremely high quality turf area that looks amazing and with the warranty backed by a great company. Can't say enough good things about my entire interaction from bidding to paying.

WOW doesn’t even come close to expressing how ecstatic we are with the completed job! We researched several artificial turf companies. (Some were more expensive, some less) We had 4 companies come out to provide us with bids. After meeting with Winter Moore, we knew that we made the right decision to have that “last” bid. From the very first time Winter came out to his final inspection, everything went just as planned. We had to wait a bit for installation (that’s what happens when the company is so busy because they ARE THAT GOOD) His crew was friendly, polite and very tidy. The work that they completed is top notch! Our backyard looks fantastic. We were sitting outside the night it was completed and my husband’s exact words were “It looks like a resort out here”. On a recommendation from Claffey Pools, we chose WinterGreen for turf in both our front and back yards. The crew was extremely professional and worked long hours each day they were here. They even returned to add a drain after we experienced drainage issues in part of our back yard. Overall, we love the end result and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend WinterGreen to anyone interested in artificial turf.

Not too long ago I was questioning whether or not to put artificial turf in my backyard. After relocating to Southlake, I was surprised how much rain the area recieves and how muddy my dogs' paws were from coming in from our weed-like grass. I mention weed-like grass, because in Kentucky, we spray weed killer on St. Augustine grass that y’all grow here. I invested a lot of money in my backyard between the pool, patio, furniture and landscaping; but, it just did not look complete with the brown grass/weeds. My hubby was apprehensive about investing in artificial turf. I told him we would save money on water, fertilizing and landscapers. (All of which have proven true.) Now that we have the turf in, he constantly tells me how right I am. (This does not happen in my 25 years of marriage, so this speaks volume.) So if you are considering turf get it!!! You will love, love, love it! Honestly, it is the wave of the future in the luxury home market and my real estate agent INSISTS it adds real resale value. Okay if I’ve convinced you to get turf, let me tell you who to buy it from and why... THE top pool builder in Southlake uses Wintergreen and I can assure you that it is for a reason. My sales manager was Charlie Baxter. Write this name down and request him when you get a quote. You WILL thank me later. He not only knows his stuff, but he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. For example, I wanted extra long artificial turf (almost 3 inches) and he talked me into 2.5 inch turf because he felt it was more advisable with 2 giant dogs and a small one. I was concerned because I did not want the dreaded “putting green” looking turf that I saw other companies put in. He sent me to a showroom, where I was able to walk on it and see the colors of a vast assortment of turf. Then once I narrowed it down, he provided me with houses where I could see the turf at in person. (BTW the product he sold me is a perfect length and color). Charlie knows his materials (Materials made HERE in the USA that is backed with a 15 year warranty). This is what he has built his whole career on-it’s his speciality. For example, he took the time to show me how his product has some brown-like thatch in the bottom which makes it realistic. Also, he told me that some vendors quote turf that is cheaper, but not as dense. That is the reason why it does not look as lush. Remember DENSITY, it’s important. Okay, now pay attention, this is the real special part about Wintergreen. My overflow pipe for my pool broke. (It happens, but for me it happened two weeks after turf.) I called Charlie and he came out in the rain that very hour and lifted up the turf (I mentioned he’s in sales right-not the installer) so that my pool company could fix the faulty pipe without damaging the turf. Then he grabbed a shovel and pitched in with the pool builder, so my pool would not flood my patio. I can guarantee you will not find anyone else out there willing to go above and beyond like Charlie and Wintergreen did for me. I like the product so much that I am installing it in my front yard as we speak. If you want to check my property out, just have Charlie send you my way, and I would love to show you in person.

He answered all of our questions and make very helpful suggestions regarding the type of turf for our needs and a solution to the drainage issue we had. The installation was completed on schedule as promised and we could not be happier with the results. Charlie also worked with us to install pavers to extend the size of the existing patio. This week we had Wintergreen Syn Grass come out and build a 500 sq ft putting green. The crew arrived on time and were very eager to do the job, and do it right. It took them a day and a half to complete. They cleaned up after they finished, excellent job.! Caesar and Michael were both excellent to deal with and answered any questions we had. I could not be happier about the transformation of my back yard here in Roanoke, TX. The staff that installed it were extremely courteous and professional. My French Bulldog loves it as well. I have a small backyard and am surrounded by two-story homes. There is not enough sunlight to grow a good lawn. This is a great alternative and actually helps with allergies.

They did a fantastic job installing our new putting green. The crew showed pride in their work and it was completed in two days - just as scheduled. We couldn't be happier!
