WinterGreen Synthetic Grass provides synthetic grass installation and maintenance services in accordance with the terms of your signed Maintenance Agreement, which governs the scope of work, payment, scheduling, and other service-specific terms.

Text Messaging Terms

If you consent to receive text messages from us:

• You will receive messages related to appointment scheduling, service completion updates (including before & after photos), and payment/invoice links
• Message frequency varies based on your scheduled maintenance frequency
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Consenting to text messages is not required as a condition of receiving service

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
