Jose began his career with WinterGreen Synthetic Grass as a crew member before being promoted to Project Manager. With nearly eight years of customer service experience, he brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to every job site. Jose takes pride in managing crews efficiently and ensuring that each project is completed with precision and care—always keeping the customer’s vision at the forefront. His hands-on approach and dependable leadership make him an essential part of the WinterGreen team.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring new places with friends. He also makes it a priority to travel and visit family whenever he gets the chance, finding balance between his work and the people who matter most to him.
