A longtime resident of the DFW metroplex, Charlie lives in Hurst with his wife, Nancy, and their two dogs—and they’re excited to welcome their first child in June 2025. Outside of work, Charlie often has a home renovation project underway or is enjoying downtime with family, always focused on creating spaces that feel like home.

I am beyond pleased with Winter Green and the team. Charlie gave us a quote and he was nice and helpful. He answered all of my questions. We shopped around for a little bit but we chose them because they gave us the best quote, their customer service, their credibility and quality of their work. And I am so glad we did. I found a small issue with the measurements but they were able to correct that very promptly. We had a small incline in our backyard and wanted to level it and I honestly thought it was gonna be impossible but they did it! They arrived on time and did a great quality job! This luxury apartment complex wanted to upgrade their pool area and dog park by intalling turf. They wanted turf by the pool to cut back on mud tracks and so their tenants had a more enjoyable experience. The dog park is a rooftop one, so turf was a great choose since grass is difficult to grow on rooftops in the Texas heat. This way the four-legged tenants have a safe space to play and use the bathroom without their pet=parents leaving the building.
