This luxury apartment complex wanted to upgrade their pool area and dog park by intalling turf. They wanted turf by the pool to cut back on mud tracks and so their tenants had a more enjoyable experience. The dog park is a rooftop one, so turf was a great choose since grass is difficult to grow on rooftops in the Texas heat. This way the four-legged tenants have a safe space to play and use the bathroom without their pet=parents leaving the building.
