About Maddie Vaughn:

Maddie joined the WinterGreen team in October 2025, bringing with her a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Baylor University. Before joining WinterGreen, she gained valuable experience through internships with Regions Bank and Raymond James, where she supported marketing campaigns, client communications, and social media strategy. During her time at Baylor, Maddie also helped manage marketing initiatives for her campus organization, sparking her passion for creative storytelling and brand development.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Maddie relocated to Fort Worth after discovering her love for Texas while attending school in Waco. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and taking care of her pug, Ellie Mae.
