About Anthony Rodriguez:

Tony has been an integral part of WinterGreen Synthetic Grass since 2021. With a strong background in project management, he began his journey as a Project Manager before quickly advancing to his current role as Operations Manager. In this position, Tony oversees crews, project managers, and job sites, ensuring that every project runs efficiently and meets WinterGreen’s high standards. Known for his hands-on approach and calm leadership style, Tony is the go-to problem solver when challenges arise—both on-site and behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s tending to his yard, hiking with his wife, Rose, and their dog, Mochi, or perfecting his skills on the grill. From slow-smoked brisket to sizzling fajitas, Tony believes everything tastes better when shared with family and friends.
