About Ashley Moore:

Ashley earned her degree in Business Finance before beginning her career in management with Sherwin-Williams, a role that eventually brought her to the DFW area. After nearly three years with the company, she transitioned to a local painting business, where she gained firsthand experience in small business operations and office management—skills that would later serve as the foundation for WinterGreen Synthetic Grass.

In 2014, Ashley and her husband, Winter, founded WinterGreen Synthetic Grass. While working part-time at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Ashley helped build the company from the ground up before moving into full-time office administration in 2016. Her dedication and attention to detail quickly made her the cornerstone of WinterGreen’s operations and client support.

Since welcoming their first daughter in 2019, Ashley has devoted her time to being home full-time with their three young children while continuing to assist the business as needed. She values the balance and flexibility that entrepreneurship provides and enjoys home projects, family outings, and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
