About Ashley Moore:

Ashley earned her degree in Business Finance before launching her career in management with Sherwin-Williams, which brought her to the DFW area. After nearly three years, she transitioned to the office of a local painting company, laying the foundation for her future in small business operations.

In 2014, Ashley and her husband, Winter, founded WinterGreen Synthetic Grass. While working part-time at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, she steadily built the business, eventually moving into full-time office administration in 2016—becoming the heart of WinterGreen’s back-end operations.

Since welcoming their first daughter in 2019, Ashley has focused on being home full-time with their three young children, while continuing to support the business as needed. She values the flexibility that entrepreneurship has offered during these formative years of motherhood. Ashley enjoys home projects, family adventures, and is deeply grateful for the life and growth God has provided.
