About Fresha Cho:

Fresha joined the WinterGreen team in July 2025, bringing with her a background in accounting and over seven years of business and operations experience. She interned at Ernst & Young, where she gained hands-on accounting knowledge, and later worked in legal and labor compliance within the construction industry—once even supporting a general contractor through a lawsuit.

Originally from California, Fresha recently relocated to Texas from Japan with her family. On any given day, you’ll find her trying new restaurants, golfing, or reading. She loves being outdoors with her family and has gone snowboarding every year since she was 11.
