Winter, the visionary owner and operator of WinterGreen, is a Joshua, Texas native, and brings a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service to the forefront of our company's ethos. With a strong foundation built on his passion for synthetic grass transformations and expertise in crafting custom-putting greens, Winter has tirelessly worked to establish and grow this thriving venture. When not running day-to-day operations, he enjoys hunting and being outdoors and showcasing his pool-playing skills, all while balancing the joys of fatherhood with three beloved children.

Ashley, the esteemed owner and founder of WinterGreen, is a dedicated mother of three and a loving wife who embarked on a journey to transform landscapes. With a vision and determination, she pioneered the company, bringing synthetic grass solutions to life. Beyond her entrepreneurial spirit, Ashley finds solace in horseback riding, baking sourdough bread, and actively contributes to her community through her involvement in her church.

Meet Michael, the accomplished General Manager of WinterGreen, and Granbury native. When he's not leading our team to new heights in the synthetic grass industry, Michael enjoys the great outdoors through hunting, fishing, and golfing. At home, Michael treasures moments with his loving wife, two adoring daughters, and their two cherished canine companions, rounding out a life filled with both professional success and family joys.

Charlie is a customer experience-driven Sales Manager with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into green havens. With two energetic dogs at home, Charlie knows the importance of creating pet-friendly landscapes. Beyond work, Charlie enjoys woodworking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling with his wife.

Caden, our dedicated Maintenance Director at WinterGreen, proudly calls Granbury his hometown and has been a valuable member of our team for two years. Beyond his exceptional maintenance skills, Caden's hobbies showcase his versatility and craftsmanship. Whether he's firing up the grill, embarking on hunting adventures, indulging in his love for strawberry cake and tacos, or even building and piloting planes, Caden's passion for precision and innovation shines through in every endeavor.

Haley, our accomplished Executive Office Administrator at WinterGreen, is the backbone of our administrative operations. When not managing the office with precision and grace, she's at home with her two loyal canine companions, George and Tex, and her loving husband. Haley's passion extends beyond the workplace, as she enjoys whipping up delicious meals, tending to her garden, and proudly representing the Texas A&M Aggie spirit.

Meet Anthony, our exceptional Lead Project Manager at WinterGreen, and proud native of Fort Worth. Armed with a degree from SFA, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Outside of orchestrating successful projects, you can find him in the gym powerlifting, exploring new local restaurants, or grilling at home. Anthony's life is further enriched by his loving fiancée and their loyal canine companion, Mochi.
