Winter, the visionary owner and operator of WinterGreen, is a Joshua, Texas native, and brings a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service to the forefront of our company’s ethos. With a strong foundation built on his passion for synthetic grass transformations and expertise in crafting custom-putting greens, Winter has tirelessly worked to establish and grow this thriving venture. When not running day-to-day operations, he enjoys hunting and being outdoors and showcasing his pool-playing skills, all while balancing the joys of fatherhood with three beloved children.

Ashley, the esteemed owner and founder of WinterGreen, is a dedicated mother of three and a loving wife who embarked on a journey to transform landscapes. With a vision and determination, she pioneered the company, bringing synthetic grass solutions to life. Beyond her entrepreneurial spirit, Ashley finds solace in horseback riding, baking sourdough bread, and actively contributes to her community through her involvement in her church.

Meet Michael, the accomplished General Manager of WinterGreen, and Granbury native. When he’s not leading our team to new heights in the synthetic grass industry, Michael enjoys the great outdoors through hunting, fishing, and golfing. At home, Michael treasures moments with his loving wife, two adoring daughters, and their two cherished canine companions, rounding out a life filled with both professional success and family joys.

Outside of orchestrating successful projects, you can find him in the gym powerlifting, exploring new local restaurants, or grilling at home. Anthony’s life is further enriched by his loving fiancée and their loyal canine companion, Mochi.

Ashley and Winter met while working in the service industry before getting married. Learning how to support each other in the same work environment created a smooth transition into building a business together as partners.
